2. Process brief

The natural gas pressurization station mainly pressurizes the 0.12Mpa natural gas in the natural gas pipeline to the 20Mpa pressure in the gas storage. Among them, various pressures must be detected. If the measured data is abnormal, an alarm will be issued and the corresponding equipment will be stopped.

Four, software programming

The PLC program includes several parts such as manual part, automatic part and alarm. After the equipment is started, the lubrication valve is opened first for lubrication, and the host can be started after 6 seconds. Need to measure 8 kinds of pressures: intake, first, second, third, fourth, high pressure gas storage, medium pressure gas storage, low pressure gas storage. Alarms are compared with the measured values according to the set parameters to get various alarms.
