I. Overview

However, China's natural resource situation is that there are more people and less land. The per capita arable land is far below the world average level, and land resources are very precious. Traditional wall materials-solid clay bricks require a large amount of land to acquire soil and consume a lot of energy during the firing process, which creates a contradiction between economic development and scarcity of resources. As the country has increased the promotion of new wall materials, various brick-making machinery manufacturers have begun to phase out solid clay brick machines and instead produce a new generation of energy-saving and environmentally-friendly brick-making machinery. Block forming machine is one of them.




2. Process brief


The raw materials used by the block forming machine can be sand, stone, cement, fly ash and various slags. The front-end mixer mixes the materials evenly according to the specific formula, and the humidity is suitable. The dry hard concrete is sent to the hopper of the molding machine through the conveyor belt, and the molding machine can work. The distributing trolley advances the cloth, while the pallet vibrates, and the material falls into the mold; the distributing trolley retreats, the upper die is pressed down, and the vibrator of the upper die vibrates at the same time; when the timing is up, the vibration stops; after a short delay, the mold rise , The die head rises, the board feeder advances to feed the boards, and the finished blocks are sent out; the board feeder retreats, the mold descends, the distributing trolley starts to advance the cloth, and the second cycle begins.

The output points mainly include: vibration motor, hydraulic motor, hydraulic solenoid valve, etc.

Four, software design


The system software includes two parts: PLC program and text screen program.


The PLC program can realize manual and automatic operation. Especially in automatic operation, the mechanical parts are tightly interlocked and interlocked to ensure the safe, reliable and stable operation of the molding machine.


The text screen program has many screens, which are mainly used for parameter setting, monitoring status, and alarm display.




V. Summary
